2 cups whipping cream (not whipped cream)
2 Tbsp powdered sugar
1 (3 oz) box instant vanilla pudding

Directions:
Start whipping the whipping cream with electric mixer on high speed. Add in the powdered sugar. As it starts to thicken, add in the vanilla pudding. Continue mixing till smooth and creamy. Use in cakes, puddings, trifles, etc. Keep refrigerated.

For a recent High Priest Social, I partnered this with Susy's Chocolate Mousse Pudding. In a tall shot glass, we put a little bit of chocolate mousse, then a little cream filling, added another layer of each, and topped with a fresh raspberry and a tiny spoon. Looked and tasted great!
