1 lb. pecan halves
1 egg white, beaten until frothy
1 T. water
½ c. sugar
½ tsp. salt
½ tsp. cinnamon

Directions:
Directions:
In large bowl or gallon Ziploc bag, mix the beaten egg white & water. Add pecans & stir to coat well.
Mix the dry ingredients together & add to the pecans. Coat well. Bake on a large cookie sheet at 225º for 1 hour, stirring every 15 minutes. Cool on cookie sheet, then store in a covered container or Ziploc Bag.
