Lemon Cake:
1 box lemon cake mix
1 small box lemon instant pudding
2 eggs
½ cup oil
1¼ cup water

Pour-On Icing:
1 (1 pound) box powdered sugar
½ cup lemon juice
2 Tbsp margarine, melted
1 Tbsp water (optional)
1 (12 oz) Cool Whip

Directions:
Directions:
Pour all cake ingredients together in mixer bowl; beat well. Pour into 9X13-inch floured pan. Bake at 350º for 30 minutes. Remove from oven. While still warm (not hot), punch full of holes with handle of wooden spoon. While cake is baking, stir all icing ingredients together. Pour into holes in cake. Top with Cool-Whip. Cool-Whip can be colored with a couple of drops of yellow food coloring.
