Crust:
18 Pecan Sandies cookies

Filling:
1 (8oz.) package cream cheese
1 (8oz.) tub Cool Whip, thawed
1 c. powdered sugar

Glaze:
1 c. water
1c. sugar
2 T. light Karo syrup
3 T. cornstarch
1 T. peach flavored Jello
Sliced fresh or canned peaches (fresh is best)

Crust:
Crush cookies & spread in 13"x9" pan.

Filling:
Mix together cream cheese, Cool Whip & powdered sugar. Spread over cookie crust.

Glaze:
In a saucepan combine water, sugar, Karo syrup & cornstarch. Cook until thick.
Remove from heat. Stir in dry Jello & cool slightly before adding peaches. Spread over cream layer.
