1 pkg. 10 oz. of frozen raspberries
3/4 C Sugar
2 Egg whites
1 T Lemon juice
1 pinch Salt
1 C Cream, whipped with 1/4 C sugar
1/4 C Roasted, chopped pecans or almonds
1 9" pie shell, baked, graham or regular

Directions:
Directions:
Mix together the fruit and 1/2 C sugar. Beat the egg whites with 1/4 C sugar and the lemon juice, the salt, and beat until stiff peaks form. Fold the raspberries and egg white mixture together, add the whipped cream and remaining sugar and beat until stiff. Pour into cooked pie shell. Sprinkle with the chopped nuts. Freeze until firm usually 2 hours.
