1/4 c. melted butter
2 c. buttermilk
3 eggs
1/2 t. baking soda
1 t. baking powder
1/2 t. salt
1 T. brown sugar
1 t. vanilla
2 c. whole wheat flour

Directions:
Directions:
Set out 3 eggs and 2 c. buttermilk and let come to room temperature. Add melted butter. Mix all together, but don't over mix since you want the waffles to have air bubbles. Let rest while heating up waffle iron. Serve with blueberry or raspberry sauce and whipped cream.
