8 oz. Cream cheese (cubed)
2 Tbsp. Butter
4 cups corn (fresh, frozen or 2 - 16 oz. cans, drained)
4 oz. Chopped green chilies
1/4 cup milk
salt, pepper to taste
1/8 tsp. Cayenne pepper (or Chipotle powder)

1. In a large saucepan, combine cream cheese and butter.

2. Cook and stir over medium heat for 4-5 minutes or until smooth.

3. Stir in the remaining ingredients.

4. Cook 5 minutes or until heated through.
