1/2 up sweet butter
1 cup sugar
3 ripe bananas
3 1/2 tbsp. milk
1/2 tbsp. white vinegar
2 eggs
2 cups flour. 1 tsp. baking soda, 1 tbsp. baking powder

Directions:
Directions:
Cream together softened butter with the sugar till fluffy, add eggs continue beating adding the milk, vinegar, and eggs. Mash up the bananas the add to this mixture.

In a separate bowl mix flour, baking soda, and baking powder (mix well)

add the dry ingredients to wet mix well then let sit for approx. 10 minutes.

Put muffin papers in muffin tray, then fill 3/4 full. bake in 350 degree oven for approx. 25 minutes or till golden on top and a toothpick comes out clean. Do not overbake
