1 lb. hamburger
1 Tbsp. garlic powder
1 Tbsp. onion flake
1-2 tsp. Tony's season salt
½ tsp. cayenne pepper
1 10 oz. can of cream of mushroom soup + ½ a can of hot water
½ of a 16 oz. bag of mixed frozen vegetables
1 16 oz. bag of tater tots
½ cups shredded cheese.

Preheat oven to 350 degrees
In a cast iron skillet brown the hamburger with the spices and onion flake. When completely cooked add the vegetables and mix well.
Add the soup and hot water to the meat mixture blending well, bring to bubbling while stirring continuously. Once it is bubbling turn off the stove. Place tater tots in a single layer across the top of the meat mixture and sprinkle the shredded cheese over the tots.
Bake for 35-45 minutes
