Notes: Potato Salad is my favorite and no one has ever made better potato salad then Auntie Mary. I asked her to teach me how to make it when I was a teenager and those lessons are some of my best memories. I've definitely strayed from the original recipe, but she told me as an adult I had created a great potato salad of my own!!
