3 eggs
2/3 cup sugar
1/4 teaspoon salt
1 cup corn syrup (dark or light)
1/3 cup melted butter or margarine
1 cup pecan halves
1 9-inch unbaked pie shell

Directions:
Directions:
Beat eggs thoroughly with sugar, salt, corn syrup, and melted butter. Add pecans. Pour into unbaked pie shell.
Bake in moderate oven (350º) 50 minutes or till knife inserted halfway between outside and center of filling comes out clean. Cool before slicing.
