8 tbsp butter
6 c corn flakes, crushed
¾ c sugar
2 qt vanilla ice cream, softened
1 8oz container cool whip
1½ tsp cinnamon
Honey or Chocolate syrup

Directions:
Directions:
Melt butter in large skillet. Add cornflakes and sugar and cook 3-5 minutes. Remove from heat. in 9x13 pan put 3/4 of cornflakes mix, press into pan. Combine ice cream, cool whip, and cinnamon with mixer and pour over cornflakes mixture. Freeze for 3 hours. Drizzle with honey or chocolate syrup. Can top with whipped topping and cherry also.
