1lb boneless chicken breasts
6 Tbsp butter
3 Tbsp flour
1cup of sour cream
½ cup beef stock
8 oz sliced mushrooms
1 small onion - chopped
5 medium sized dill pickles- sliced lengthwise into thin strips (Do
not substitute hamburger dill chips)
Worcestershire to taste
Salt & Pepper

Directions:
Directions:
Cut chicken breasts into thin strips (about ¼ in thick).
In a large sauté pan, melt butter over med high heat; add chicken, sauté about 2 minutes.
Add mushrooms & onions to chicken. Cook until onions are tender.

Sprinkle flour over mixture and stir in. Cook for 1 ½ minutes until all is coated in flour.
Mix in beef stock; sour cream, and about 3-4 shakes of Worcestershire sauce.

Cook on a slow simmer until liquid reduces to about half.
Mix in sliced pickles.
Add salt and pepper to taste.

Can be served over pasta or just on its own. ENJOY!
