3 beaten eggs
2 c sugar
3 tsp vanilla
1 c. oil
2 c. grated zucchini
1/4 tsp baking powder
3 c. flour
1 tsp salt
1 tsp baking soda
3 tsp cinnamon
1 c. chopped nuts (optional)
chocolate chips (optional)

Directions:
Directions:
Mix, eggs, sugar vanilla oil and zuchini in a bowl. In another bowl, mix baking powder, flour, salt, soda, and cinnamon. Add dry ingredients to wet and mix. If desired add nuts/ and or chocolate chips.
Pour into 2 greased loaf pans. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour.
