1 ½ tsp lemon juice
½ cup sugar
4 cups pared, cored and sliced cooking apples
¼ cup all purpose flour
⅛ tsp salt
1 tsp cinnamon
1 - 9' unbaked pie shell

TOPPING:
6 oz butterscotch chips
¾ cup flour
¼ cup butter
⅛ tsp salt

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 375º. In large bowl, combine lemon juice and apples;toss until well coated. Stir in sugar, flour, cinnamon and salt. Mix well. Turn into pie shell. Cover edges with aluminum foil. Bake for 20 min's. Melt butterscotch chips over hot water broiler along with butter. Stir in flour and salt. Form large crumbs. Remove foil from pie. Crumble mix over top of apples. Bake 25 min's longer at 375º.
