3 bags of microwave popcorn
Carmel
1 cup butter
2 cups brown sugar
½ cup corn syrup
½ tsp baking soda
1 tsp salt
1 tsp vanilla

Directions:
Directions:
Bring sugar, corn syrup and butter to a rolling boil, remove from heat.
Stir in rest of ingredients continue to stir as mixture foams then pour over popcorn.
Mix well and bake at 250 for one hour stirring every 15 minutes.
Pour onto wax paper covered counter and let cool.
Store in tightly covered container or zip lock bags.
