Ingredients:  
2 cups of rice cover with water and cook. Drain and rinse.
Mix ¾ cup white sugar, 2 tablespoons cornstarch, 1 egg, beat together and add ½ cup milk.

Cover cooked rice with milk and add egg mixture. Cook over low/med heat until thick and creamy. Remove form heat and add 1 tsp of vanilla. Enjoy hot or cold. Raisins can be added to rice when cooking if you wish.
