4 oz. (1 cup) dry macaroni
7/8 cup grated cheese
1-2 eggs
2/3 cup milk
1/4 tsp. salt
1/8 tsp. paprika
Few grains cayenne pepper
1/4 cup bread crumbs
1/8 cup grated cheese

Directions:
Directions:
1. Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Butter a baking dish. Cook macaroni according to package directions. Drain and rinse. Place layer of macaroni in baking dish, sprinkling layers with 7/8 cup grated cheese.

2. Beat eggs, milk, salt, 1/8 tsp. paprika and cayenne until blended. Pour mixture over macaroni. Sprinkle top with bread crumbs, remaining cheese and paprika. Bake until well browned.
