1/3 cup spicy brown mustard
2 T brown sugar
3 T maple syrup
2 T yellow mustard
1 T grated onion
1 T cider vinegar
2 t low sodium soy sauce
1/2 t pepper
1 garlic clove, minced
8 bone-in thighs, skinned
1/4 t kosher salt
Cooking spray

Directions:
Directions:
Combine first 9 ingredients. Place half of mixture in zip-lock bag; reserve remaining mixture. Add chicken to bag; seal and chill 1 hour.
Preheat grill to medium high heat.
Remove chicken from bag. Sprinkle with salt. Place chicken on grill coated with cooking spray. Grill 8 minutes on each side or until done. Serve with reserved mustard mixture.
