¾ cup margarine or butter
2½ cups flour
1 cup sugar
2 eggs
1 T. baking powder
½ tsp. salt
1 tsp. vanilla or almond extract

Directions:
Directions:
In large bowl, mix margarine, eggs, sugar, vanilla together. Add rest of
ingredients. Chill one hour. Roll out on floured board and cut with cookie
cutter. Bake on ungreased baking sheet at 375º until light brown on
bottom of cookie. Makes 4 dozen cookies.
