3 cups Bisquick Mix
1/2 t salt
1/2 t ground cayenne
2 T melted butter
1 lb sharp cheese, grated
1 lb ground sausage, regular or wth sage

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Knead all ingredients together to where all items are combined well. The best way is to use your hands. Firmly roll into 1 - 1 1/2 inch balls and place on a ungreased cookie sheet about a inch apart. bake for 15 minutes until brown.
