1 lb Fully Cooked Smoked Sausage
Hillshire Farm Original with
Pork/Turkey/ Beef is best
1 med chopped Onion
1 16 oz can Whole Tomatoes
1 10 oz Chicken Broth
1 15 oz can Garbanzo Beans/Chick Peas
1 ˝ cups Water (1+1/2 cup)
2 med thick-sliced Zucchini or Summer Squash
˝ TSP Basil
1 TBS vegetable oil

Grated Parmesan Cheese
(Sprinkle on top before serving)

Directions:
Directions:
Lightly sear the sliced sausage and stir fry together with the chopped
onion in bottom of sauce pan using 1 TBS of vegetable oil.
Drain the oil and add all other ingredients except for the Parmesan Cheese.
Cut the whole tomatoes in halves or thirds after they’ve been added to the pan.
Heat to boiling. Reduce to simmer until Squash is tender 5 to 10 minutes.
Serve with a sprinkle of Parmesan Cheese on top.
