1/2 cup (1 stick) salted butter softened
8 oz cream cheese softened
3 1/2 - 4 cups powdered sugar
2 T fresh lemon juice
2 t lemon zest
1 t vanilla extract

Blend butter and cream cheese together. Slowly add the sugar, lemon juice, lemon zest and vanilla until smooth. The longer you blend the frosting the fluffier it will be.
