1/8 tsp salt
1/4 tsp ground red pepper
1/4 tsp ground cumin
1/4 tsp ground thyme
1/8 tsp ground white pepper
1/ tsp onion powder
1 boneless, skinless chicken breast half

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat the oven to 350ºF.

Heat a cast iron skillet over high heat for about 15 minutes, or until very hot. In a small bowl, combine all the dry seasonings; mix well and set aside.

Spray one side of the chicken with non-stick vegetable cooking spray and sprinkle with half of the seasoning; reserve the rest of the seasoning. Place the chicken breast in the skillet, seasoned side down. Spray the unseasoned side of the chicken with cooking spray and apply remaining seasoning. Cook for 1 minute on each side.

Remove from the skillet and place on a baking sheet that has been sprayed with non-stick vegetable cooking spray. Bake for 5 minutes.
