Ingredients:  
1 &1/2 lbs cube steak
1 small onion (chopped)
1 can beef broth
2 cups mozzarella cheese
1/2 cup Parmesan cheese
1 Tablespoon oil
1 Tablespoon butter
2 Tablespoons flour
3 Tablespoons brown sugar
2 cans of crescent rolls

Directions:
Directions:
Sauté onion in oil and butter. Remove from heat. Tear steak
in small pieces and brown in oil,butter and onion mix
Whip flour in broth then add to meat mixture
Cook in a 10” skillet, simmer until thickens a little and add in brown sugar

Arrange crescent rolls in a triangle shape in a 8x12 baking dish
Add beef mixture Top with mozzarella cheese then Parmesan
Braid crescent rolls over cheese
Bake at 350 degrees until crescent rolls are golden brown
Garnish with sour cream
