3/4 cup shredded crab meat
1/4 cup shredded Cheddar cheese (mild or medium)
1 minced green onion
1/2 tsp dry mustard
1/2 tsp Worchestershire sauce
1/8 tsp each salt and pepper

Puff Batter:
1/4 cup butter or margarine
1/2 cup water
1/2 cup all-purpose flour
2 eggs

Directions:
Directions:
In bowl, mix together crab meat, cheese, onion, mustard, Worcestershire sauce, salt and pepper. Set aside.

In saucepan, heat butter and water to a boil. Remove from heat.

Add flour and beat until mixture does not stick to sides of pan and forms into a ball.

Add eggs, one at a time, beating until each is fully incorporated. Carfeully fold in crab-cheese mixture.

Drop mixture by rounded teaspoonfuls onto greased baking sheet, about 1 inch apart.

Bake at 400º F to 20 to 25 minutes or until golden. Serve hot.

These puffs are excellent as appetizers for a large crowd. Serve with any cocktail of your choice.

Tip: You can make these in advance and freeze them after baking. Just reheat at 325F for about 10 minutes.
