1 large pkg. Oreos
3-4 tbsp. butter, melted
1-2 containers of favorite ice cream
2 jars Hershey's hot fudge (or can make homemade)
1 large container cool whip

Directions:
Directions:
1. Finely crush Oreos. Put into cookie sheet reserving 2 tbsp.. Stir in butter and combine well.
2. Spread crushed cookies in bottom of pan to form a crust.
3. Cut open ice cream container to expose the block of ice cream. Slice the ice cream into ½-1 inch slices and lay on top of cookie crust forming an ice cream layer.
4. Heat each jar of hot fudge in microwave. Pour evenly over ice cream layer.
5. Put in freezer for 30 min.
6. Spread cool whip on hot fudge to completely cover. Sprinkle reserved crushed Oreos on top.
7. Freeze at least 1-2 hours before serving.

This has been the traditional Hansen birthday cake since before I became a Hansen. They loved it then, we love it now and all those we share it with, have loved it. :)
