Ingredients:
Ingredients:
1 Bagel
1 Egg
3 Slices of black forest ham (or any ham...)
1 slice of sharp cheddar cheese (or any cheese other than Brie...that stuff smells like dirty feet and will totally ruin your breakfast sandwich)

Directions:
Directions:
Crack egg into microwave safe bowl. Gently, but briskly whisk egg in bowl. Put bowl in microwave for around 30 seconds to a minute. Watch it like a hawk while it goes round and round. If the egg looks like it's about to explode, that's because it probably is. Stop microwave quickly. Make sure egg is not runny. If it is runny repeat previous step for like 10 seconds, paying extra attention to the hawk watching part as it's a royal pain in the arse to clean exploded egg out of a microwave. Once done, put the egg on the bottom half of the sliced bagel. Next add your black forest ham. Finally add the cheese, and put the top of the bagel on your scrumptious breakfast sandwich. Many people would stop there, but if you really want this sandwich to wow your tastebuds, put the entire sandwich in a George Foreman grill and mash it down. This will not only toast the bagel, but also melt the cheese and warm up the ham. It's amazing. You can thank me later!
