1/2 chopped onion
1 green pepper chopped
1 1/2 cup celery chopped
Add 1 T. Salt to the above and let stand 4 hours. Then drain and add 1 can green beans, drained.
1 peeled and diced cucumber
1 can bean sprouts, drained
16 oz. frozen peas
3-4 tomatoes chopped
1 head of broccoli cut into pieces
1 head of cauliflower cut into pieces

DRESSING:

1/4 cup plus 2 T. Vegetable oil
1 cup sugar
1/2 cup white vinegar
1/4 cup water
3-4 T. French dressing

Pour the dressing over all the veggies and mix. Let set in refrigerator to marinate several hours before serving.
