Pie Crust
1 1/2 cups flour
1 tsp. salt
1 1/2 tsp sugar
1/2 cup oil
2 tbls. milk

Pie Filling
2 beaten eggs
1/2 cup brown sugar
1/2 cup granulated sugar
2 cups pumpkin puree
2 cups "top" milk (use sweetened condensed milk and add enough water to make 2 cups)
1 tbls. flour
1/2 tsp. salt
1 1/2 tsp. cinnamon
1/2 tsp. nutmeg
3 tbls. chopped pecans

Pie Crust: Mix all together. Use glass pie dish and spread out with fingers.

Pie Filling: Beat eggs and sugar. Add pumpkin and milk. Add flour, mixed with salt and spices. Beat well. Pour into 9 inch pastry lined pie pan. Sprinkle with chopped pecans.

Bake in 450º oven for 10 minutes, then reduce heat to 325º for 40 minutes. Keep checking the pie for color, etc. Pie is done when knife inserted in center comes out clean.
