8 oz. white American cheese-cubed
1 c. milk
8 oz. cream cheese
1/2 c sour cream
1 can Rotel-do not drain
1 tsp garlic powder
1 tsp onion powder
1 tsp chili powder

Combine all ingredients into crockpot and put on low for 1- 2 hrs, stirring occasionally.
