Per Tray

5-6 Chicken Breasts
4-5 Trees of Broccoli
2 Cans of Cream of Chicken
1 cup Mayo
2 tbsp White Wine
Curry Powder to taste

Cheddar Cheese

1 Onion
1 Bunch Celery
Garlic Powder or garlic clove

Directions:
Directions:
1. Boil chicken with onion and celery, garlic powder, salt and pepper, about 20 minutes.

2. Cut up broccoli and steam about 6 minutes.

3. Mix mayo, cream of Chicken, white wine and curry powder for sauce.

4. Layer chicken, broccoli, sauce and cheese.

5. Bake at 350° for about 20 minutes, covered - cheese should bubble
