1 Whole party sized bag of Tostitos© chips

1 Jar of Tostitos© Queso dip

1-2½lbs. of Chop meat

Taco mix

Shredded Lettuce

Plum tomatoes

1 Jalapeno pepper

1 jar of Tostitos Salsa

OPTIONAL:

Chicken Breast Tenders

Fajita mix

Dice the plum Tomatoes

Shred the lettuce (if not shredded)

Take chips out of the bag and lay them out on a baking pan.

Chop Jalapenos

Turn oven to 350º



Directions:

Cook chopmeat until brown. Drain the grease from the pan. Put chop meat back into the pan. Then add water and taco mix (read the mix's instructions) into the pan over a medium heat. Add salsa to taste (usually half the jar). Take the meat and lay it on the chips with a spoon. Take the jar of Queso and with a table spoon drizzle on the chips and meat. Take the pan and put it in the oven on 350º for about 20-30 minutes. When done take the shredded lettuce, tomatoes, and jalapenos and lay them around the chips then serve.


For optional chicken tender:

Take raw chicken tenders and dice them, cook them and mix them with chicken fajita mix. Put onto the chips with the chopmeat before placing the chips into the oven.
