1Tbl black pepper
1Tbl chili powder
1 Tbl garlic powder
1Tbl onion powder
1tsp cayenne pepper

Directions:
Combine all ingredients. Slather the pork with mustard. Liberally apply rub, patting it onto all surfaces of the meat. Cover with plastic wrap, sealing tightly. Place in shallow pan and Refrigerate a overnight or a few days. Remove wrap and smoke according to your liking. Sometimes I put this in the crockpot. Don't get the burnt ends but you do get the good flavor.

Personal Notes:
Personal Notes:
I usually lay down my plastic wrap first and put the meat on it before I start. Then you don't have a mess.
