1 Box Lasagna Noodles
1 10 oz pkg Chopped Frozen Spinach
3 beaten Eggs
1 24 oz Low-Fat Cottage Cheese
1 8 oz grated Swiss Cheese
1 10 oz grated Mozzarella Cheese
2 15 oz cans Italian Tomato Sauce
1/2 cup Parmesan Cheese
1 Lb Ground Beef
1/4 cup chopped Onion
Salt & Pepper
Garlic Salt

Directions:
Directions:
Cook lasagna according to package directions; set aside. Cook spinach according to package; drain thoroughly. Mix eggs, all cheese, spinach, then add salt, pepper and garlic salt to taste. Brown ground beef and saute onions; drain all grease. Add tomato sauce, cook until hot. In casserole dish, layer noodles, then tomato beef mixture; then cheese mixture. Repeat layers but end up with tomato beef on top. Cook at 350º for 40 to 50 minutes. Then cover with foil and cook 10 additional minutes.
