1 pound Ground Chicken (Lean preferred)
1 Egg beaten
1 cup of Old Fashioned Oatmeal (uncooked)
1 medium Onion diced
1 cup of diced Green Bell Peppers
1 Tablespoon Garlic Powder
1 Tablespoon Italian Seasoning
1 Tablespoon Black Pepper
1 Teaspoon Salt
1 Tablespoon Vegetable Oil – (if Oven Baked)
2 Tablespoons Vegetable Oil – (if Grilled)

Will need:
A few Sprays of Cooking Oil

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven or grill to 350-375 degrees.
Mix all ingredients and blend all spices thoroughly using fork and spoon.
Lightly coat Iron Skillet with cooking oil if baking and preheat.
Lightly coat Aluminum Foil with cooking oil if grilling before lighting grill.
Spoon patties into the pre-heated skillet or onto the cold foil if grilling.
Bake or grill, turning 2 or 3 times only, until all pink or white
is 100% gone or to an internal temperature of 165 degrees.
Note: Burgers may be stretched/flattened some with a spatula with the
first turn only, but don’t overdo it.

Serve on a bun with your usual burger condiments and trimmings and enjoy!
