1 can of crushed pineapple-Bottom layer
2-3 c. Blueberries (may use fresh or frozen)-2nd layer
Sprinkle 3/4 c. sugar over-3rd layer
Dry yellow cake mix-4th layer
1 1/2 sticks melted butter-5th layer
1/2 c. chopped pecans-6th layer

Use a 9 x 13 inch pan and pour ingredients in as directed. I would use a 20 ounce can of pineapple, undrained.

Bake in 350 degree oven for 45 minutes to 1 hour.

Serve with whipped cream or vanilla ice cream. If using frozen berries, rinse under cold water and drain excess water off in a strainer.

This recipe came from Gainer Blueberry Farm, in Chipley, Florida, where we picked blueberries at. Now we have our own blueberries that Tom has grown in the back yard of house at Compass lake.
