1 Pillsbury refrigerated pie crust, softened
1 large apple - peeled, cored & thinly sliced (Braeburn, Jonathan, Golden Delicious or Granny Smith)
2 T. sugar
¼ tsp. cinnamon
8 tsp. caramel topping

Directions:
Directions:
Heat oven to 425º.
Unroll crust, roll out slightly & cut into 4 - 5 inch rounds. Place rounds on parchment lined cookie sheet.
In medium bowl, mix sugar & cinnamon & toss apple slices. Divide slices evenly onto center of each round. Fold ½ inch of crust up all around the apples, pinching slightly so it lays flat on apples.
Bake 18 - 20 minutes. Drizzle 2 tsp. caramel over each. Serve warm with ice cream.
