½ c. butter
¾ c. flour
½ c. powdered sugar
½ c. finely chopped pecans (could use walnuts)
8 oz. cream cheese
1 c. powdered sugar
½ (16 oz.) container cool whip
2 large pkg. chocolate pudding
5 c. milk
mini chocolate chips (optional)

Directions:
Directions:
1. Mix well first 4 ingredients to form crust. Press into a 9x13 in. pan and bake at 350ºF for about 10 minutes, or until golden brown.
2. Beat together the next 3 ingredients until smooth and creamy and spread on cooled crust.
3. Beat well the last 2 ingredients and put over cream cheese layer. Spread remaining cool whip on top. Chill well.
4. Sometimes I will sprinkle mini chocolate chips on top.
