1c.sour cream
2cubes (1/2 lb.) butter
2 1/4 c. flour
Filling:
1c. chopped walnuts
1c. sugar
1/2 tsp. cinnamon

Directions:
Directions:
Mix together butter and sour cream and beat till fluffy. slowly add the flour and knead. Chill 4 to 5 hours.
Filling: walnuts, sugar, and cinnamon mix together.
Divide dough into quarters. Roll out to nice size circle. Melt 1 cube of butter, and brush the round of dough, then sprinkle the filling mixture evenly on top staying slightly away from the edges. cut into pie shapes and roll as you would a crescent roll.
Bake at 350 for 25-30 minutes.

A very delicious cookie, flaky and a little pricey but worth every mouthful. But remember only 4 dozen!
