1 c. butter
1 c. oil
1 c. sugar
1 c. powdered sugar
2 eggs
2 tsp. vanilla
4 1/2 c. flour
1/2 tsp. baking soda
1/2 tsp. cream of tartar
1/2 tsp. salt
Directions:
Directions:
Cream together the butter, oil, sugar, powdered sugar, eggs and vanilla. Add in the rest of the ingredients and mix well.

Drop on cookie sheet with cookie scoop. Flatten the scoops with a glass that has been dipped in sugar. Bake at 325º for 12 minutes.
