For Sauce
- Two 15oz cans tomato sauce
- Three 15oz cans and One 12oz can of water
- 12 oz can tomato paste
- 1 onion - diced
- 1 green pepper - diced
- 5 chicken legs
- garlic salt to taste
- black pepper to taste
- 1 tsp sugar
- handful of parsley
- handful of basil

For Meatballs
- 2-3 Tbsp Romano cheese
- 3/4 to 1 cup breadcrumbs
- 3 eggs
- 2 lbs ground beef
- olive oil
- 1 tsp garlic salt
- 1 tsp black pepper

For Sauce (make first)
- put olive oil in large pan
- add chicken and brown on all sides
- add onion, green pepper, garlic salt, black pepper, sugar, tomato sauce, water, tomato paste, parsley, and sweet basil
- cook for 1 hour
- remove chicken legs from sauce (these can be eaten whenever)

For Meatballs
- Mix all ingredients together in a bowl
- Shape into meatballs
- Add to sauce and cook for 45 minutes

Serve on it's own or over pasta
