BJ's Cuisine Salmon Recipe

2 lbs Salmon fillet ( I like Sockeye but any type of Salmon will work)

Marinade
1 C Butter melted
4 Cloves of Garlic crushed
2 Bunches of thinly slice Green Onions.
1 Bunch of Cilantro sliced
2 tbsp. Lemon Juice
Cajun Seasoning to your taste

Mix marinade ingredients together.

Bake at 350º

1. Place salmon on a piece parchment on a cookie sheet.
2. Spread 1/2 of the marinade onto salmon.
3. Cook for 15-20 mins. Spread rest of marinade onto salmon.
4. Cook until salmon is cooked through and flakey. ( I baked for about 30-35 mins)

Can be baked or grilled.
