3-4 tbsp. oil
1 onion
2 garlic cloves
2 cans of whole tomatoes (crush with your hands and take out all the seeds)
1 can tomato paste
1 green pepper (chopped)
salt
Directions:
Directions:
Sauté oil, onion and garlic.
Add the crushed tomatoes, tomato paste and green pepper.
Bring to a boil then lower the heat and simmer for 1-2 hours.
