2/3 c. oil
1 c. sugar
1 egg
4 Tbsp. molasses
2 c. flour
2 tsp. baking soda
1/2 tsp. salt
1 tsp. cinnamon
1 tsp. ginger

Directions:
Directions:
Mix together the oil and sugar. Add the egg and molasses and stir in. Add in the dry ingredients and mix well. Roll into 1" balls (I usually just use the cookie scoop). Dip and roll the balls of dough in sugar and put on cookie sheet. Bake at 350º for about 10 minutes. Makes about 2 dozen.
