14 Eggs
2 C Grated Parmesean Cheese
1 C Bread Crumbs
2 pkgs Frozen Chopped Spinach - cooked
2 tbsp. Fresh Parsley
2 bunches Chopped Green Onions
2 Italian Sausage ( I use 4)

Directions:
Directions:
1. In a bowl mix eggs and milk well.
2. Add cheese & bread crumbs. Squeeze excess moisture out of spinach mix well into egg mixture.
3. Brown sausage (skinned).
4. Add green onions & parsley to sausage mixture mix well .
5. Add sausage mixture to egg mixture.
6. Pour into 9x13 greased pan.

Bake at 325º for 30 -35 minutes until you can insert a knife and it comes out clean.
Let cool in pan and then cut into squares.
