Sirloin or chuck pot roast
1 onion
1 bottle barbeque sauce
½ can beer or water
1 tsp. garlic powder
Directions:
Directions:
Cook pot roast until half done (for about one hour) at 350º F.
Cool and carve/slice the pot roast and place back in the casserole dish.
Add onions, barbeque sauce, beer, garlic powder to pan and mix. Remember to put sauce on the bottom of the pan.
Cook for half hour at 325º - 350º F. until bubbled.
