2 cans no name water chestnuts
1 - 1/2 lbs bacon

Sauce - combine

1/2 cup white sugar
1/2 cup brown sugar
3/4 cup ketchup
2 tbsp vinegar

Directions:
Wrap nuts in bacon and toothpick. Cook on cookie sheet 350 degrees for 40 - 50 minutes

Simmer sauce over med heat for about 20 minutes, put in chestnuts and stir serve warm on platter.
