Sour Cream
1 pkg. Taco Shells
pkg. Taco Cheese
1-2 Cans Enchilada Sauce
1 pkg. Taco or Enchilada Seasoning

Directions:
Directions:
Brown ground beef (Chicken, steak, or beef) and mix with taco seasoning. Cover bottom of 9x13 pan lightly with sauce. Cover shell in thin layer of sour cream, add taco meat and cheese and roll up. Cover with enchilada sauce and sprinkle with cheese. Bake 350 for 30-45 minutes until cooked through.
