Basic Filling:
1 (8 oz) pacakge cream cheese, softened
1 can sweetened condensed milk
⅓ cup lemon juice
1 tsp vanilla
Prepared pie crust

Toppings:
Can of cherry or blueberry pie filling
or
Fresh strawberries, covered with a purchased glaze
or
Danish Dessert (made according to package directions)
or
Several strawberries mashed, mixed with ½ cup sugar, 1 Tbsp cornstarch, ½ cup water and cooked
over medium heat untl thickened. Food coloring can be added, if desired.

Mix basic filling ingredients together until smooth; refrigerate 2 to 3 hours. Pour into prepared baked or graham cracker pie crust. Top with topping of your choice.
